All payments are to be made directly to intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd online or by calling: 0800 056 9418. We cannot take responsibility for any other means of payment. Payments must be made in full five days in advance of the start of your course.
Pupils must ensure that they have a current valid provisional driving licence with them on the first day of the driving course and when they present themselves for their driving test.
Cancellation notice is required 3 days before the start of your intensive course or 48 hours notice must be given if the course has started.
Your driving instructor has the right to withhold the use of his vehicle for your driving test if in their opinion the pupil is not up to the required driving standard.
We will need five days notice to cancel your driving test or you will forfeit your test fee, this is because we have to give the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) five working days notice.
From time to time we may need to change driving lesson times, dates or instructors due to sickness / mechanical breakdown.
We cannot be held responsible if the DSA have to cancel or postpone the driving test for whatever reason, but we will do our upmost to get another test date as soon as possible or covering for another driving test.
