Hi Dennis, I am so happy I passed my test and I have been driving every day since! I have written a few lines about Musaffar below in case it’s helpful to you. He was the best teacher I could have had and I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone I know! I can’t recommend him highly enough! His manner of teaching is patient and methodical. No question ever too silly and his explanations, in-depth, varied and knowledgeable. Learning with him has made me feel secure on the road and I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons. Thanks Mussafar. Warmest regards, Julia

Falkland Road going onto Lady Margaret, also Countess Road going onto Leverton Street. Gives you the chance with changing gears and turning lefts and rights before going on to busier roads.

There are mostly 30 mph and a quite alot 20 mph roads
Are there many big or small roundabouts in my area?
Very few roundabouts in the area but if you’re looking to practice roundabouts I would suggest heading down to Staples Corner. There is also a big roundabout at Brent Cross shopping centre.Heading upto to Apex Corner is a great place to practice, it’s quite busy so make sure you know the fundamentals of roundabouts Also if you head towards Wood Green you have the Great Cambridge Roundabout, its very busy during the day
Are there any dual carriageways?
The A406 is the main dual carriageway in the area. The A41 Watford Way and the A1 Archway Road. Heading further out you have the Barnet Way A1.
What are the best times during the day to do your driving lessons?
It gets busy around rush hour times but if you go in the opposite direction to the traffic you should still be able to get a lot of driving done. Heading out of town towards Hendon and Mill Hill in the Mornings is your best bet to get a lot of driving done. Also heading towards Tottenham and Wood green, mostly in the mornings the traffic is heading in town.

There are not many places to practice except in housing estates and if it’s not too busy then Brent Cross shopping centre car parks is your best bet. Also in the evenings the car ark at Hendon test centre is a great place to practice. Ikea on the North Circular is one of my favorites, but be careful as its busy most of the time.
