If you’re not using our courses and finding it difficult to get a test date and, we can book this for you.

This service is not suitable if your theory test is due to expire within 1-3 months.

We DO NOT contact you via phone when booking a practical test date, we will email you the practical test details details once we have found you a practical test date on the Government's booking system, please note that this can take us up to 10-14 days to find one so please bear with us, please make sure that you check your spam and junk folders as well as this will be your responsibility or you can give us a call to follow up your booking on: 0207 205 2251.

• Our team will search and book the next available practical test date or cancellation date that appears on the Government’s booking system for you (this does not mean an earlier date, we search for any practical or cancellation date that appears on the Government's website booking system as there are currently no dates available due to the ongoing backlog). This is why you are asking us to search the Government's booking system on your behalf because you cannot find a test date.  This can take us 2-3 weeks to find a test date for you on the Government's website booking system.
• This product includes the £62 DVSA practical test fee.
• MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if we cannot find you a practical test date on the Government's website booking system (unless you request for Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd verbally via phone or email to continue the search after the 14 day cooling off period / refund timeframe, then the fee becomes non refundable). Once a practical test has been booked, the 14 day cooling off period is not applicable and is not refundable as we have fullfilled our service in finding a test date for you.

Terms and conditions

Please note the following restrictions and terms and conditions apply and purchase of this product confirms you agree to the terms:

• You must not have a practical test already booked otherwise this service will not work
• Only one booking per person/order.
• You must have a valid UK provisional licence and have passed your theory test within the last two years.
• Bookings will only be made once you have purchased this product.
• You must ensure you have provided us with the correct licence details and email address.
• We DO NOT contact you via phone when booking a practical test date, we will email you the practical test details details once we have found you a practical test date on the Government's booking system, please note that this can take us up to 2 weeks to find one so please bear with us, please make sure that you check your spam and junk folders as well as this will be your responsibility or you can give us a call to follow up your booking on: 0207 205 2251.
• You will be emailed the confirmation details of your practical test date, once a practical test date is found for you (it is your responsibility to check your email as well as  junk and spam folders as we do not call you when a practical test is found).
• Once a practical driving test has been found and booked for you, this will be emailed to you, we have then succeeded with your request and this cannot be changed by Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd. If you need to make any changes to your booking you can do this via the link on the confirmation email sent to you from the DVSA which will be included in the email from Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd.
• Once a practical test has been booked, the 14 day cooling off period is not applicable.
• Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd cannot/will not be held responsible for the availability of practical test dates on the Government's booking system website.   This is out our control due to the backlog.
• If you need to change the test date that we have found for you, you can do this via the link on the confirmation email sent to you.
• You are responsible for, and can make changes yourself once you have the reference number that can be found on your booking (we will not make any further changes once we have book you a cancellation practical test date that we have found on the Government's booking system, any correspondence we receive from the DVSA regarding your practical test will be forwarded on to you).
• If you need to cancel the test date that we have found for you, you can do this via the link on the confirmation email sent to you, Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd will not make any changes to your booking as this is your property.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have read all aspects on the confirmation email from the DVSA that is sent to you by Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd.
• Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd will not be held responsible if the DVSA makes any changes to your booking or if you are unable to take the test date we have found for you.
• Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd will forward on any correspondence that we receive from the DSVA on to you with the email address that you have provided to us (again, check your spam and junk folders regularly).
• We reserve the right to refund your fee and cancel the order (along with the practical test date we have found for you) if any of the above terms are not followed.
• This service is not suitable if your theory test is due to expire as you are aware of the waiting times for practical test dates.
• This service DOES NOT INCLUDE AN INSTRUCTOR OR CAR FOR THE TEST DATE.
• Money back guarantee if we cannot find you a practical test date on the Government's website booking system (unless you request for Intensivecourses.co.uk Ltd verbally via phone or email to continue the search after the 14 day cooling off period / refund timeframe, then the fee becomes non refundable).
• Current driving test waiting times
  Waiting times at most test centres are 4 to 5 months. There are no test dates on the governments DVSA booking system due to their ongoing backlog caused by covid and their strikes from November 2022 to June 2023, the dates we are finding are 4 to 5 months away.
